some blah blah before i retreat for two weeks

GET IN LOSERS THERE’S NOWHERE TO GO PART TWO?

Ok fools, here are some quick shots:

2. retreat and eat cold from 1/20-2/3, do lots of internal spring cleaning, cancel as many outside appointments, take off as much work as possible, etc etc. Wasting your qi before new year is starting off with one foot in a beartrap. be ready to feel the new year change of wood snake in your dreams. this is not a time to make plans or act on big changes unless you’ve been forced into it via fate/conduct.

5. a brief idea of wood snake qi: 7: shi - army: favorable for an elder
   
   about leading armies/large groups to complete success via political organizing and structure/hierarchy. a time for order and cooperation. teamwork and personal discipline. but losses (death) will occur.
   
   a bad year for openly challenging superiors even if they are evil/abusive, etc. a snake wouldn’t announce their revolution! don’t show off or show your hand.
   
   if your leftist enclave is bad at following orders they will perish from their own stubbornness and naivety. elders understand when to follow. youth think they can lead before their time. wood = youth but also an elder in spring benefits from youthful inspiration combined with their experience of knowing when to bend and hide.
   
   wars are not over until the “enemies” are integrated and all enmity is resolved into a new merger. communication from superiors to assistants is key, else the assistants rebel and sabotage the efforts. discipline discipline discipline!
   
   wood dragon 2024 is becoming wood snake 2025. from flying high to laying low, belly to the ground, hidden in the underbrush. keeping low and listening to the earth/chthonic realms. hide and follow inspiration. death is constant companion. sleep as much as you can, because 2026 is year of yang fire horse. good grief. if you waste all your yin qi in 2025, 2026 will be like the current LA fires for your life/body.
   
   personally, 2026 frightens me a lot. a recipe for competitive violence, heat disorders, aggression, patriarchal belligerence, and “world war 3”. but that’s just me, i’m not really predicting anything. fire horse hexagram is 46: sheng ascending. a great way to use all that fiery energy is aligning with ancestral qi/wisdom and riding the winds of fate. fire naturally ascends, but only when in control (receptive/subordinate). Relaxing-listening is key to using this extremely hot/yang/wild galloping stallion energy. if we train to relax under pressure in 2025, then when the qi intensifies in 2026 we can ride it to a new level of relationship with nature/reality/time.
   

6. don’t dwell too much on any of this, it’s not really time yet! best to stay in the present moment always. learn real somatics and real meditation or else be lost among phantoms and ghosts. too much passion to early destroys yin qi and prevents us from entering the sublime.
